PeakMindstate sells digital ebooks delivered as PDF files. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased product.

All digital products are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or share your purchased products with others in any form.

Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, if you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your download, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances only: (1) a technical failure that prevents you from downloading or accessing your purchased product, or (2) a duplicate or erroneous charge on your payment method.

To request a refund, contact us at peakmindstate@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Please include your order details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.

Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

All content on peakmindstate.com — including text, graphics, logos, and digital products — is the property of PeakMindstate and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for personal purposes only. All other rights are reserved.

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal where available through Stripe.

By providing your payment information, you authorise PeakMindstate to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.

You may not use our website or products for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes the rights of others.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website, servers, or systems.

You may not use automated tools to scrape, copy, or harvest content from our website.

Our products and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
